Welcome to TOWER OF SONG, the songwriters’ night with a different monthly theme and musical style or other challenge to get your creative juices flowing. You don't have to stick to the theme, but please note our NO COVERS policy...all a cunning plan to encourage your songwriting!
This month, we invite you to perform a song you've written on the theme of CORNER SHOPS. Usually the theme comes from audience suggestions, but this time we've been inspired by our good friends at Chapel FM Arts Centre, who are creating a documentary about corner shops and might like to feature one or two of our songs in it.
As always, you can take inspiration from the suggested theme, or off-theme original songs are also welcome. We normally suggest a musical genre (or other musical challenge) along with the theme, but this month you are free to do whatever you fancy :-)

Doors are at 8.00pm and you can sign up for a slot until performances start at 8.30pm.
Entry is free and PA and sound engineer are provided, so just bring your own instruments and amplification (and microphone if you'd prefer to use your own) if required.
We want to keep the space as safe as possible, so please avoid attending if you have (or suspect you might have) COVID-19 or anything else of a nasty and contagious nature.
