About this Event

Antenatal breastfeeding workshop for mothers living in or giving birth in Tower Hamlets and their partners about feeding your new baby.

We recommend that you attend when you are 32-34 weeks pregnant to retain information. Booking is essential if you wish to attend.

This sessions aims to give you an understanding of how breastfeeding works, what to expect and how to help your baby to breastfeed in the hours, days and weeks after the birth.

We recommend you read the following information as preparation:

If you are not living in or giving birth in Tower Hamlets, please speak with your midwife or maternity care giver for local courses.

Please only book two tickets per a family and don't forget to cancel if either of you are unable to attend.

There is limited space on these free sessions so you must have a booking to attend.

Our standard practice for events such as this is to make more tickets available than there are seats. We anticipate that we will be able to accommodate everyone that attends on the night but to guarantee your place, please arrive 15 minutes before the session. If not booked on that date or arriving late you will be turned away.
