Touch Grass Picnic

Join us May 16 for a relaxed “Touch Grass” mental health picnic designed to help everyone unwind, connect, and recharge. This is a casual, low-pressure outdoor gathering where the goal is simple: step away from screens, spend time in fresh air, and enjoy good company.

What to expect:

- Informal mingling with fellow members of Video Consortium

- Music playing throughout to keep the atmosphere easygoing

- Plenty of time to sit back, talk, or just relax

What to bring:

- One food or drink item to share

- A chair or blanket for comfortable seating
There’s no formal program or schedule—just come as you are, contribute something small, and enjoy a few hours of being present with others.

Please note:
From Grand Army Plaza, enter Prospect Park through the main entrance at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Arch. Walk straight along the main path (East Drive) into the park.
Stay on the paved road as it curves gently to the right. Continue walking for about 5–7 minutes until you reach an open grassy area on your left.
Head slightly left off the main path toward the open lawn. The spot (40.6708234, -73.9696600) will be in that area. Look for people gathered, music playing, or picnic setups.
