Total Body Strength & Cardio
This full-body class combines upper- and lower-body strength exercises with light to moderate cardio to improve overall strength, endurance, and mobility. Participants will use bodyweight, resistance bands, and optional weights, with movements designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Modifications and rest breaks are encouraged, making this a welcoming class focused on moving safely, building confidence, and feeling stronger.
