Book Lovers! Cookbook Collectors! Food Historians! Curious Chefs! And Home Cooks! The Culinary Historians of Canada's ENORMOUS book sale is taking place Saturday, May 4, 2024!
There will be THOUSANDS of delicious and mouth-watering cook book and food-related books perfect to enhance (or start!) your own collections.
Books from the amazing collections of late Canadian food writer Dorothy Duncan, writer and culinary historian Mary Williamson, and many other noted food writers and researchers will be available for sale. Books range from 1800s antiquarian volumes, to 1930s company recipe booklets, to signed copies of modern cookbooks, and EVERYTHING in between.
