Toronto Summer Music returns for its 2026 Festival, under the fresh direction of Artistic Director William Fedkenheuer! The year will bring artists listening deeply, audiences leaning in, and a city gathering around something meaningful.
This season brings together extraordinary voices, featuring the renowned Les Arts Florissants on Opening Night with a double-bill of Charpentier. For the chamber music lovers, you can hear the Miró, Poiesis, and Balourdet Quartets, as well as members of the Dover, Calidore, Viano, New Orford, and Brentano String Quartets. Bel canto superstars Erin Morley and Lawrence Brownlee present their celebrated Golden Age program — one of the top 25 albums of 2025 by the New York Times.
Gold Laureate of the 2025 Honens International Piano Competition Élisabeth Pion makes her Toronto debut alongside harpist Emmanuel Ceysson with the TSM Festival Orchestra, under the baton of Ryan Haskins. Other performances include mezzo-soprano Sasha Cooke, pianist Inon Barnatan, violinist Timothy Chooi in recital with pianist Jon Kimura Parker, with a program dedicated to Jascha Heifetz, Kleztory, members of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and more!
