About this Event
This is a weekly guided session taking place at the )that focuses on the various mindful breathing techniques, optimizing the benefits of breathwork and improving our conscious breathing patterns.
Breathwork Meditation/Yoga Breathing (Pranayama) has been practiced for thousands of years, but this modern approach demystifies the practices and focuses on real-world science and results. These practices are accessible to everyone and no experience is necessary. This practice has the power to calm one's nervous system, making the mind-body connections you need to truly feel transformed on many levels.
Everyone is recommended to bring along:
- Notebook & Pen
- Yoga mat
- Thermos/Water bottle
- Light snacks
- Cozy layers
As for food, best to fast before and feast after!
Best to take the 10:30am Wards Island Ferry. Please refer to this website for ferry times & schedules.
*The AIA is member-run clubhouse.

Sessions on June 4 & 18, July 30, August 6 & 20, September 17, and October 1 will all be taking place at other Island locations outside of the AIA Clubhouse (ie: park or beach) Will keep everyone posted closer to each date.

Jeyda has been giving several private & group sessions in-person & online to numerous people of all-ages for many years. Going in-depth with a personalized practice guided by a certified coach is a wonderful and recommended experience for honing in on the current areas that require most attention and healing.
