Join us for our final session of 2025About this Event
Instead of our usual Interval training session, we’re planning to do something a bit different at our final Monday session of the year; 200m relay races in teams of three! Using a Christmas Cracker as baton!
There will be three relay races at different times as shown on the agenda. Once your group finishes its race, hope you're able to stay on and cheer other runners! As it will involve some waiting around, please layer up to stay warm!
How each race works?
- Firstly find two other people to form your team of three.
- You will then be guided to positions at the appropriate time.
- Two of you will be at the initial starting point, and the third person will wait at 200m line.
- Person 1 will start their run with the cracker, person 2 stays put.
- Person 1 runs 200m & passes the cracker on to Person 3.
- Person 3 then runs 200m and passes cracker on to Person 2.
- Person 2 will run their 200m and it goes back to Person 1 who continues the process...

• Green relay race starts (for those who run 5k in 30+ mins)
🕑: 07:35 PM - 07:50 PM
• Red relay starts (for those who run 5k in 26 - 30 mins)
🕑: 07:55 PM - 08:15 PM
• Combined Blue & Yellow relay (for all who run 5K in under 26 mins)
