Every workplace will inevitably encounter conflict, and engaging it proactively is essential to building a resilient and healthy workplace culture.

In this dynamic, in-person training, participants will explore conflict engagement tools drawn from cooperatives and democratic workplaces to strengthen their ability to prevent, navigate, and resolve conflict. This session will introduce practical tools, social-psychological frameworks, and reflective practices that help participants identify the most common conflict patterns and early warning signs and understand how core social motives shape behavior in conflict. Participants will walk away with practical conflict-prevention frameworks and tools, including norms, agreements, and structural supports, to put into practice.

Light breakfast will be provided. Come ready to engage, learn, and grow!
