The Other Nashville Society and W Nashville bring you a bold new music experience celebrating the city’s genre-defying sound.
About this Event

The Other Nashville Society (TONS) and W Nashville return with the third installment of TONS Live Presented by W Nashville—a curated night of genre-defying sound that puts Music City’s next wave of Rock and Punk talent front and center.

Join us August 21st in the Living Room at W Nashville for an evening of breakout sets from Edgehill, massie99, and Eden Joel, plus a DJ set by Dr. Sauce to keep the energy dialed all the way up.

This isn’t just a show—it’s a celebration of the artists reshaping Nashville’s sonic identity.

Come for the first note. Stay for the last encore.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Edgehill

Fresh off their sold-out house show tour with 7.5M global career streams and growing, Edgehill is turning heads and turning up the volume as the group gears up for more new music on the horizon. Their recent release, “I Can Be Your Dog,” is a high-energy, guitar-driven anthem – a fan favorite at electric house shows. The trio is comprised of Chris Kelly [lead vocals, guitar], Jake Zimmermann [lead guitar, vocals], and Aidan Cunningham [drums]. The band members grew up in markedly distinct areas of the country. Chris originally hailed from Charlottesville, Va., and Jake primarily grew up in Long Island, N.Y. Early iterations of the band formed before the guys welcomed Aidan—who called Westfield, Ind. home—into the fold. Chris and Jake initially connected as students at Vanderbilt University, cementing a fast friendship. Jamming together, they unassumingly established a foundation for what would become Edgehill. While working a shift at a local coffee shop, Chris met Aidan, and the group’s lineup was locked in.

Massie99

ALPHA GIRLS LISTEN UP! Massie99 is the all-girl rock/punk trio channeling middle school chaos into full-throttle anthems. Since crashing onto the Nashville scene in 2023, they've built up a real cult following. Their debut album, Alpha Beta Omegle (October 2024), produced by Jared Corder at Polychrome Ranch, delivers a fizzing mix of teen angst, locker room drama, and slumber party power. With tracks like “spin the bottle,” “clothes,” and “pom poms,” every song is a time machine to awkward crushes and hallway power moves.

They’ve shared the stage with the likes of Liz Cooper, Omni, Being Dead, and more—bringing their signature chaos and charm to every show. Currently cooking up a brand-new project, Massie99 is just getting started. So grab your lip gloss, blast the speakers, and join the club.

Eden Joel

Eden Joel is a 20-year-old Nashville native, raised in and around the music industry. From busking in the streets as a child to hopping on the bus to join his dad’s tour on his 14th birthday, Eden grew up writing, recording, and performing music—always with aspirations of cultivating his own sound. He’s spent the last three years as a touring musician, playing with artists such as Stephen Sanchez, Annie DiRusso, Mercury, Venus and the Fly Traps, Hannah Cole and more. All the while, he’s been artfully crafting his solo project and lending his production skills to Nashville contemporaries. Eden is now poised to debut his infectious indie pop melodies and clever lyricism, a product of years of honing his craft and soaking up his Music City influences.

Dr. Sauce

Val Hoyt, the DJ formerly (and currently) known as Dr. Sauce, spans a wide range of genres, from pop to hip-hop, rock to electronic, shoegaze to bebop; you never really know what you’ll hear at a set, but you’re guaranteed to dance your ass off.
