About this Event
Join us for an in‑store community fitness class led by Kendall, instructor at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Urbandale! This Tone & Sculpt class is designed to be welcoming, beginner‑friendly, and adaptable for all fitness levels.
The class will begin and end with savasana, and feature a guided warm‑up followed by sculpting movements set to a slower, intentional pace. Whether you're new to movement or a seasoned athlete, this class is built to help you feel strong and supported.
After class, enjoy post-sweat fuel from 24K Juice and Project LeanNation and a private shopping experience complete with special surprises. Capacity is limited to 30 spots to ensure space and support for everyone. Sign up now to save your space!
