5. Create social media business pages - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
6. Create a good, professional voicemail greeting!
7. Talk to your Title Rep/Lender to see if there are resources, apps, or websites that they can share with you in order to help you determine your farm or help you navigate through your farm!
8. Determine your Geographic farm area (stay under 500 homes for now until you get your feet wet)
9. How often are you going to farm - once per month? Once quarterly?
10. Drive through that neighborhood and preview any homes for sale. Pay attention to specifics about the homes and what you see...PODS, Painters, dumpsters, storks in the yard etc.
11. Preview ALL active homes on the market in your Farm area
12. Set up a Hotsheet in your MLS to cover this Geographic Farm area. Make sure active, pending, sold, price reductions etc. are all included. CHECK THIS MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY!
13. Play around in ONE Creative Studio and start to create some digital assets, door hangers, flyers etc.
