In this class, you will learn how to create Tom Kha Gai — Thailand’s iconic coconut soup known for its harmony of creamy, tangy, and aromatic flavors. Tom Kha Gai is one of Thailand’s most beloved traditional dishes and a favorite among international visitors. This classic soup is a staple on every Thai restaurant menu and is known for its rich and comforting flavors made from coconut milk — a plant-based ingredient widely used in Thai savory dishes and desserts. In this class, we will prepare a warm and aromatic Thai soup together — a perfect dish to enjoy during all seasons in Ely. Making this soup at home will not only be fun and exciting, but it will also give you the experience of tasting a dish that feels just like traveling to Thailand.
