The Universal Title team is excited to host Title Talk Wednesdays with a monthly lunch and learn. Throughout 2026, we will be rotating topics and locations, going between the Capitol Hill and Bethesda offices. This month, we will be discussing delivering notices and responses during all the negotiation periods during the C2C period in Capitol Hill on Wednesday, October 21st.
