Title IX and Preventing Sexual Violence Training
Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, Ltd. (HMBR) is pleased to offer a full-day, in-person training designed specifically for Illinois higher education institutions on Title IX and the Illinois Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act (PSVHEA).
Join experienced civil rights compliance attorneys Debbie Osgood, Emily Bothfeld, and Marcela S. Aguilar for a comprehensive program that will provide both foundational knowledge and practical implementation strategies. This is a valuable opportunity to engage with colleagues, ask questions, and ensure your institution is well prepared to meet state and federal compliance obligations.
The program will cover all required training components under Title IX and the PSVHEA, including the PSVHEA’s 8–10-hour annual training requirement for individuals involved in the complaint resolution process.
A 20% discount will be applied to institutions registering 5 or more attendees (with promo code).
Morning coffee/breakfast and a boxed lunch will be provided for all attendees.
