'HYDRANGEA HAZE'
Tipple & Paint is a unique, painting experience like no other. Unwind and discover your artistic abilities whilst sipping bubbles by the beautiful river Stour. Our venue (Tea at the Quay) is a friendly café, bar and lounge located in the quaint village of Mistley, Essex.
During the class, the artist will guide you step by step through the painting process, offering you 1:1 tips and guidance. Please do not fear if you are a bit rusty with the paintbrushes- we welcome all abilities and no prior experience is necessary, our goal is that you just have a fabulous time!
What is included in my ticket?
- Two glasses of prosecco (or non-alcoholic if you prefer)
- Some tasty nibbles (let us know of any dietary requirements)
- An A3 canvas that you will take home
- Easel
- Apron
- Paint and paintbrushes
We recommend wearing sleeves that you can roll up to avoid getting paint on your clothes.
Nibbles and tipple
If you wish to purchase more tipple or a tasty cake, the friendly staff at the cafe will be able to take your order throughout the class.
Time keeping
The painting will start PROMPTLY at 7:00pm and finish at 9:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early (6:45PM) to find your seat, pop your apron on, have a tipple and settle into the class. The artist will not have time to deliver the class if they wait for late guests!
Class etiquette
We encourage all guests to have fun at our events and ask that you are responsible for your behaviour in a public class.
Photography
Photographs will be taken throughout the class for our social media and website, our artist will check permissions on the night- so please let us know if you are not comfortable with this.
