I am looking forward to this living history event (open to the general public) and not too far from my home in South Carolina!
You DO NOT have to participate as a reenactor to get your tintype made. Come on out! It would be a lovely day trip and you can get your tintype and see the area.
THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS WELCOME!
I’ll be there making tintypes on Saturday, November 16(a week and 1/2 BEFORE Thanksgiving -which falls Nov 28)
To avoid disappointment please reserve a spot in advance and pre-pay in advance. Refunds up to 24 hrs before. Reserve here: https://charlestontintypist.setmore.com
Please include your correct mailing address when reserving as I mail the tintypes after the event.
One image per time-slot, so please reserve a second time-slot if you want a second picture made
Pricing has been updated as of July, 2024 due to inflation and not having raised my rates in years.
-Quarter-Plate tintype: (3.25 x 4.25 inches)-$75
-Half-Plate tintype: (5.5 x 4.25 inches)-$90
I currently have a few 1/4 plate size frames in stock (ask to see them at the event)
