About this Event
This session is part of a new bi-weekly series that blends sound with gentle therapeutic understanding.
Each evening explores a simple theme connected to emotional well-being. Over time, the sessions create a steady rhythm – a place to pause regularly, notice yourself more clearly, and build a little more awareness each time.
This month’s focus is nervous system ease – how stress and calm live in the body, and how sound and attention can help everything soften.
I’m a qualified counsellor as well as a sound healing practitioner, and I guide these sessions with that perspective in mind. We’ll begin with a few simple, practical reflections on nervous system regulation, offering everyday ways to understand what helps the body settle. From there, you’ll be invited into a short micro-journalling prompt to arrive, followed by a gentle body scan. The evening will then move into a deeply relaxing sound bath, using Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments. Afterwards, there will be a final reflective prompt to help you make sense of what you noticed.
Hot brew provided.
Book your spot and be part of a series that supports calm, curiosity and ongoing self-understanding.
