Time to Reset is a half-day workshop for women who are ready to slow down, listen inward, and gain clarity in a supportive, welcoming space.
This is intentional time to step away from daily responsibilities and gently explore what’s feeling off, why it makes sense, and what might help you move forward without pressure or self-blame.
You’ll leave with clearer perspective, practical next steps, and the reassurance that you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
In this half-day workshop, you’ll experience:
• A safe space to be seen and heard
• Hands-on reflection using Points of You®️ cards
• Fresh perspective on patterns you may not have seen before
• Deeper insight into why change can feel difficult
• Gentle, practical ways to move forward with self-trust
• Genuine connection with women who understand
Space, clarity, and a way forward.
We’ll gather in a warm, light-filled space in Oakville with room to reflect, share, connect, and simply be.
Lunch, snacks, and soft drinks are included, with time afterward to stay, talk, or enjoy the quiet if you wish.

Investment: $160 CAD
Early bird $140 until February 2nd
