Join us every Friday morning at 9am for Time to Move, an engaging and interactive developmental play class. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pediatrics, this class combines guided activities, intentional floor play, and parent interaction to support rolling, sitting, crawling, and more.
We celebrate every little win and help parents feel confident supporting movement at home too!
🌀 Specifically designed for babies and young children who are rolling or crawling, with adaptations for all ages and abilities!
