In the fast-paced rhythm of Singapore, finding a true "reset" button can be a challenge. Time to Experience is a personal, self-initiated voluntary effort born from a passion for mental and physical well-being.
Join GK, an avid hiker, mindfulness guide, and mental health advocate, for a morning dedicated to holistic restoration. This initiative is dedicated to those looking to reconnect with themselves. This isn't just a walk in the park—it’s a curated experience to nourish the three vital pillars of your well-being: your Body, Soul, and Mind.
What to Expect
We will journey through the lush MacRitchie Reservoir, using the rhythm of the trail to anchor our practice.
- Move the Body: A moderate 8km to 10km hike (approx. 2.5 hours) to invigorate your physical self and reconnect with nature.
- Quiet the Mind: Intermittent stops for guided mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and grounding practices led by GK.
- Nourish the Soul: Open, heart-centered conversations regarding mental health awareness, burnout recovery, and emotional resilience.
- Build Community: A chance to meet like-minded individuals and foster new friendships in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Whether you are a seasoned hiker or just looking for a mental reset, this event is for anyone who wants to prioritize their well-being. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart, comfortable walking shoes and a willingness to explore.

Mind: A short guided reflection or mental health tip shared by GK.
Soul: Brief moments of shared observation or quiet presence.
