We invite you to join us for our next in-person group meeting in Timaru on Wednesday, 15th October 2025 at 1 pm to 3 pm.
Angela Mattson Embling is joining us to guide us in a session on mindfulness and to share its benefits for our wellbeing. Mindfulness is a practice that can bring calm and choice, even when we live with debilitating illness, and may also help to reduce pain.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in and you have the time and wellbeing on the day, we look forward to seeing you.
Our nurse Wendy Dragt and local member host Rissa will also be attending this session.
