Join us for a day of connecting to your body through the ancient wisdom of Tibet with renowned teacher John Renshaw!
Every yogi needs to be mindful of the five elements affecting our health.
Come along to learn how to apply Yantra and Trulkhor (or 3 humours) to balance vital energies in your body and remove obstacles in your life.
You will learn how to support the breath with movement towards Nalwab (total relaxation of body), voice and mind in their natural condition. Then, we will move into Bogdon where we develop our practice for meditation and contemplation.
We are thrilled to host John Renshaw who has 40 years of experience teaching Yantra Yoga, pranayama and meditation. He has taught countless people over the years to integrate Traditonal Chinese Medicine and self-development since the late 70s through the concepts of Qi, Prana and rLung.
No experience necessary - we will adapt our sessions based on people’s preference, capacity and needs.
Join us for the morning session (10am-12:30pm), afternoon (2pm-4:30pm) or both!
