About this Event
One of Canada’s most recognizable voices in jazz, Tia Brazda’s jazz-pop songwriting
and engaging performances have established her as a unique presence both at home
and abroad. Jazzwise Magazine (UK) says, “A vivacious vocal and a sense of jazz-
inflected elasticity in her delivery” while WholeNote Magazine declares, “she has a fully
formed style that is wholly her own...spinning lines to unfold with bewitching beauty.”
Originally from Vancouver, Brazda now resides in Toronto and is currently working on an
upcoming album to be released in 2024.
