Hei Helsinki 🇫🇮We’re so so excited to be back again for our third SINGLES ACROYOGA CLASS with instructor Saija @saija.sarell on Thursday 16 April at 18:30! We're looking forward to combining health & wellness with our singles events concept 🌺🧘 our first two Acroyoga sessions and our February partner yoga event were a great success and we're continuing them!What is Acroyoga?Acroyoga is a partner and group based physical practice blending the wisdom of yoga with the dynamism of acrobatics, incorporating elements of trust, communication, and playful movement to create an integrated practice for both partners. It involves three roles: the base (on the ground), the flyer (lifted by the base), and the spotter (providing safety and support), all working together to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and a strong sense of connection and community ✨This fitness class is bound to be stellar with up to 35 likeminded, fitness-oriented singles coming together!- 15 mins arrival- 1.5 hours AcroYoga- 30 mins socialising at the endBring your own water bottle, towel and clothes comfortable for exercise. Ollaan super innoissamme, että päästään taas järjestämään kolmas SINKKUJEN ACROYOGA-TUNTI Saijan @saija.sarell johdolla torstaina 16.4. klo 18:30! 🌺🧘 Ensimmäiset kaksi AcroYoga-sessiota sekä helmikuun partner yoga -tapahtuma olivat iso menestys – ja nyt jatketaan samalla hyvällä fiiliksellä!
Mikä on AcroYoga?
AcroYoga on pari- ja ryhmäpohjainen harjoitus, jossa yhdistyy joogan rauha ja akrobatian dynamiikka. Mukana on luottamusta, kommunikointia ja leikkisää liikettä ✨
Harjoituksessa on kolme roolia:
base (alhaalla tukeva)flyer (nostettava)
spotter (turvaaja)
Yhdessä kehitetään voimaa, tasapainoa, liikkuvuutta ja yhteyttä toisiin 💫
Tunnille mahtuu max. 35 samanhenkistä, liikunnasta kiinnostunutta sinkkua – tästä tulee huippu!
Aikataulu:
– 15 min saapuminen
– 1,5 h AcroYoga
– 30 min hengailua lopuksi
Ota mukaan vesipullo, pyyhe ja mukavat treenivaatteet.
