Unfortunately, the days are getting shorter quickly, so it's time to dust off or invest in some good running lights and reflective gear. Your local running store (Fleet Feet!) or Amazon have some great options. We care about your safety, and will nag you incessantly if you show up in dark clothing without adequate illumination :-)
