What Is Green Tacoma Day?
Green Tacoma Day is Tacoma’s annual day of service coordinated by the City of Tacoma to help restore, protect, and celebrate our neighborhood green spaces. From tree-planting to removing invasive weeds, restoring trails, and doing hands-on restoration in parks and open areas—it’s a way for all ages and experience levels to roll up their sleeves and make a difference together.
This year, Green Tacoma Day includes multiple sites across the city, tools and training provided, and lots of opportunity for fun, learning, and neighbor-connecting.
