Thursday Reset: Mindful Movement & Sound Healing - In partnership with
After a full week of movement, meetings, and momentum, this is your moment to exhale. Thursday Reset is a 60-minute class designed to help you unwind and reconnect through mindful movement and immersive sound healing.
The evening begins with 25 minutes of gentle, intentional flow—just enough to release tension, open the body, and steady the breath. From there, you’ll settle into 35 minutes of restorative sound healing and guided meditation, allowing your body and mind to soften into stillness.
Whether you’ve had a long week, need space to recharge, or simply want to close your day with calm, this experience is your invitation to pause—and start again, refreshed.
What’s Provided
Water will be available for your comfort during the sound bath. A limited number of yoga mats will also be provided.
What to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible, along with a light blanket or extra layer for added warmth and relaxation during the meditation.
