QUEER MATCHMAKING PARTY!Thursday Seattle is teaming up with Matchbox for a queer matchmaking night at Roam. Think cute people, flirty energy, good drinks, and actual real-life connection.
If you’re over the apps and ready to meet people face to face, this is your sign!
At the start of the night, you’ll take a quick matchmaking quiz on your phone. This event is designed for the whole queer community, and the quiz lets you indicate your preference so you can be matched with people who are actually your vibe. Later on, clues start dropping and your match is revealed somewhere in the room. It’s giving mystery, chemistry, and a much better story than “we met on an app.”
Come solo or bring your hot friend. Whether you’re looking for a date, a crush, or just want to be out in community, this is the kind of night you’ll want to be at.

Event Structure
This event runs on a set schedule. Please arrive on time.
7:00 PM: Doors open and check in begins
8:00 PM: Doors close and matching begins
Later in the evening: Clues are released
Match reveal: Matches are shared
10:00 PM: Event wraps up

What if matches are unevenWe aim for balanced attendance, but if pairings are uneven, some matches may be platonic. Anyone without a romantic match will receive a free ticket to a future Matchbox event valid for 60 days.
