Move better, feel better, and support your body long-term with our Mobility in Motion class every Thursday.
This one-hour session combines active mobility (controlled, strength-based movement) with passive mobility (stretching and joint-friendly positions) to help improve range of motion, joint health, and overall movement quality.
This class is designed to support everyday movement, workouts, and healthy aging — making it ideal whether you’re active, sedentary, recovering from stiffness, or simply want to move with more ease.
You’ll be guided through intentional, accessible exercises with options for all levels. No flexibility required — just a willingness to move and explore your range.
