Take a moment to pause at the end of your day and allow yourself to fully unwind.This 60-minute sound bath is designed to support your nervous system in releasing the accumulated stress of the day, helping you shift out of doing mode and into a more restful, grounded state.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable position as the space fills with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. The vibrations work gently on the body and mind, inviting deep relaxation, stillness, and reset.
This is a space to:
• Let go of tension and mental noise
• Support regulation and restoration
• Reconnect with yourself in a quiet, intentional way
Mats, blankets, and bolsters are available for your use, but please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable.
