Our regular Thursday run - speed training with our awesome coach Don, or a figure 8 of Hagley Park. Speed training consists of a 2km jog to the park, then repeats of whatever Don has concocted, totally tailored to your level. Message us if you'd prefer to meet at the park as this is also an option but we need to know to look out for you. :-)
The figure 8 of Hagley is about 12km but can be adapted if you'd prefer a shorter run.
