It is rocket science... Join us on Thursday 31 October, where we’ll hear from entrepreneur and leading figure in Aotearoa’s aerospace sector, Mark Rocket. The first New Zealander to book a ticket with Virgin Galactic, Mark’s career spans seed investor and co-Director of Rocket Lab, and now CEO of Kea Aerospace and President of Aerospace New Zealand. Mark has played a crucial role in advancing stratospheric exploration, pushing the limits of advanced aviation technology, and developing Canterbury’s aerospace industry into a world-class ecosystem.

We’ll hear about Mark’s personal journey into space, the world-leading innovation and collaboration within this sector borne out of Ōtautahi Christchurch, and the future of rocket science.
