You don't like being squeezed up close to the female participants in the class.
You don't like having to wonder if you should talk to the ladies or not, you don't want to be mis-perceived, so you show up, stay quiet and watch where your eyes linger.
You want to be able to engage more fully in class and just feel okay to relax, doing something you love with a cool group of people that you can chat and hang with.
Men need a community of likeminded guys who enjoy the practice of yoga, just as much as women do.
This class is an opportunity to bring together the Christchurch 'bro's of yoga' once a month to practice yoga in a strong, focused masculine way. Then finish up the class with the bonding beer (optional) down at the local pub. Please note the class price does not cover the price of the optional beer at the pub following class.
Anusara is a strong, alignment based, technical and science based yoga that can meet you where you are at - whether you are a beginner or you have been going to a yoga classes for a while.
The class will be led by a lady, Kristina Wischnowsky - Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher, but all about the boys.
