About this Event
May invites you into the Throat Center, the seat of expression, clarity, honesty, and personal truth. This trauma-informed workshop blends gentle movement, supportive breathwork, expressive writing, and intuitive art meditation to help you listen inward and speak from a grounded place.
You’ll explore how the Throat Center influences communication, boundaries, self-expression, and the courage to say what’s true for you—without pressure or performance. No experience is needed. Just bring your authentic self.
This workshop offers a nurturing space to clear stagnation, strengthen your voice, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
