The Thriving Youth Mental Health Workshop is an interactive session that helps students build self-awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills. Through icebreakers, discussions, and activities, participants learn about mental health, emotional regulation, and positive thinking.
Students explore self-identity through affirmations, practice goal-setting in the “Golden Goals” activity, and engage in mindfulness during “Remember to BREATHE.” The workshop encourages reflection, peer connection, and practical strategies for managing stress.
The session concludes with a post-survey and take-home resources to support continued mental wellness.
