Keren Granit is a registered dietitian specializing in pediatrics and Women's health, with a passion for helping young children develop healthy eating habits.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This session is perfect for anyone who is looking for evidence-based nutrition & movement tips to help you thrive during your postpartum period:
Keren will focus on simple & easy to implemented strategies to help you find food to support postpartum essentials such as optimal tissue healing, replenishing postpartum blood loss, supporting milk supply, and managing energy levels in those early days of new parenthood.
Anna will start by describing the incredible physiological changes that take place during pregnancy and the reason why an intelligent approach to movement postpartum can help you manage your recovery and minimize pain and dysfunction. She will explain the 'WHY' behind these beneficial postpartum exercises and then you'll get an opportunity to try them out and feel just how delicious they are!
BONUS:
* You will have the opportunity to have your core checked for free for Diastasis Recti (separation of your tummy muscles).
* Anyone who attends the workshop will be offered a time-limited discount on both Move Well with Anna and Eat with Keren's services.
WHAT TO WEAR: We will not be doing a sweaty workout, but if you would like to try out any of the recommended rehabilitation moves, shorts or trousers might be advisable.
