About this Event

It’s your time to THRIVE!

Join us for an empowering self-care and burnout relief circle exclusively for Black Women Founders and Nonprofit Leaders. This is more than a workshop—it’s a sacred space designed for restoration, sisterhood, and sustainable well-being.

At Divine Pause®, we recognize that prioritizing yourself is revolutionary. THRIVE is not your typical circle—it’s a transformational experience rooted in the fundamental self-care practices that many of us were never taught or shown.

Not just bubble baths or nail appointments, but the kind of care that heals at the root, reclaims your time, and shifts your legacy.

In this circle, you will:
💛 Be Seen & Heard – A space where you feel valued, uplifted, and understood.
💛 Reclaim Your Time & Energy – Learn how to set boundaries without guilt.
💛 Prevent & Recover from Burnout – Build self-care rituals that restore, not deplete.
💛 Shift from Survival to THRIVING – Embrace joy and success without struggle.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN FROM THRIVE

A Deeper Understanding of Self-Care Beyond Societal Norms
→ Redefine what self-care means for YOU, break free from conditioning, and normalize rest as productivity.

The Power of a DIVINE PAUSE®
→ Learn science-backed and spirit-led practices to regulate your nervous system and cultivate sustainable well-being.

Generational Burnout Awareness & Recovery

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

✨ You are a mompreneur or executive juggling work and family, feeling like you are coming up short at your most important job—taking care of YOU.

✨ You are a high-achieving woman constantly grinding, yet no matter how much “self-care” you do, you still feel exhausted.

✨ You are a conscious woman on a spiritual journey who desires to be the best version of herself, yet you rarely allow yourself to simply BE instead of always DOING the work.

✨ You feel guilty for taking time for yourself because it feels like you should be “doing something productive” or taking care of someone else.

✨ You are a powerhouse who is over the struggle narrative—ready to shift from burnout to harmony and believe bigger in yourself.

About Your Host: Naheemah McMicheaux-McCallop

Too many Black women leaders are running on empty—pouring into their families, businesses, and communities while neglecting their own well-being. The grind culture, the expectation to be everything to everyone, and the unspoken burden of resilience have left so many feeling depleted, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode.

Naheemah McMicheaux-McCallop is here to change that.

As a mom and trusted Executive Wellness Coach, Organizational Psychologist, and Founder of Divine Pause®, Naheemah is on a mission to disrupt generational burnout and help high-achieving women stop sacrificing your well-being. She knows, firsthand, the weight of carrying generations of expectations—the pressure to always be strong, to keep pushing, to “handle it” no matter the cost. But at what cost? Our health? Our joy? Our peace? Our legacy?

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Through her Divine Pause® methodology, Naheemah helps women unlearn survival mode and step into a new paradigm of leadership—one rooted in self-care, sustainability, and self-honoring choices. She teaches them how to reclaim their time, redefine success on your terms, and lead without burnout, so they can build lives, businesses, and legacies that feel fulfilling, not just functional.

Her core belief? “Balance does not exist, but harmony can.”

As a renowned speaker, certified emotional intelligence expert, restorative justice mediator, and Chief Well-Being Officer of Divine Pause®, Naheemah helps women unlearn survival mode and step into a new paradigm of leadership—one rooted in self-care, sustainability, and self-honoring choices. She teaches them how to reclaim their time, redefine success on her terms, and lead without burnout, so they can build lives, businesses, and legacies that feel fulfilling, not just functional., Naheemah helps women bridge the gap between who they are for others and who they need to be for themselves. She provides the sustainable tools, the strategy, and most importantly—the permission—to put themselves first without guilt.

Her work doesn’t stop with individuals. With over 14 years of experience in human resources, philanthropy, and organizational psychology, she partners with organizations, nonprofits, and executive teams to dismantle toxic work cultures and build environments that prioritize well-being, inclusion, and sustainable leadership. She has earned the reputation of a Culture Catalyst—a leader who redefines success through well-being and community care.

Because when one woman heals, she heals generations.

Naheemah’s work is more than coaching—it’s a movement. A declaration that Black women don’t have to choose between impact and well-being, success and self-care, leadership and joy. Through Divine Pause®, she is closing the generational well-being gap and ensuring that Black women and women of color don’t just survive—but THRIVE.

It’s your time. Take a deep breath and reclaim what’s yours.
