About this Event

A threshold is the space between—no longer where you were, not quite where you're going.

As winter softens and spring waits just beyond reach, we gather at this sacred edge. Between seasons. Between the week's demands and weekend rest. Between holding on and letting go.

This intimate 75-minute sound journey invites you to cross the threshold from doing into being, from tension into deep rest. Through crystal and metal singing bowls, aromatherapy, and guided breathwork, we create a multi-sensory experience for your nervous system to soften, release, and remember its own rhythm.

The waxing moon builds overhead. Twilight settles at 4:45pm. And in this pause between day and night, we listen.
