Join us this April for a unique Professional Learning Community. Eexperience featuring the Embrace The Squiggle podcast! Each week, we’ll gather—in person at The Sphere Northampton or virtually—to listen to recommended episodes, share takeaways, and spark meaningful conversations.

Embrace The Squiggle explores how we navigate change in work, identity, leadership, and life with intention—because change happens, but growth is a choice. The podcast goes beyond resumes and job titles to explore the real stories behind reinvention, from career pivots and leadership shifts to unexpected detours and mindset breakthroughs.

Hosted by Colleen DelVecchio and Ashleigh Beadle, the show dives into the pivots, pauses, leaps of faith, and “what am I even doing?” moments that shape a non-linear life. Through thoughtful conversations with guests and each other, they unpack what it really looks like to move through uncertainty and build the mindset to evolve on purpose.
