Focussing on the seasonal changes, harvest and abundance, we bring a connective group focus on discussions for harnessing the remnants of summer’s energies, to revitalise the body, reset the nervous system and set our goals for Autumn and beyond.

Using sound, meditation, role play and visualisation techniques, we involve the group in playful activities which actors and performers are trained in to restore confidence a bring back that sense of joy and youthfulness in our lives!
