Three Atlanta creatives working in different areas of the arts share their perspective on Artificial Intelligence and the arts. Each artist has direct involvement with Fulton County Arts and Culture's, Public Art Futures Lab either as an artist facilitator or alumni artist is residence. Don't miss the opportunity to hear three new perspectives on AI and design, technology access, and data justice.

Dan Flores Bio:
Dan Flores, aka DTM is a multimedia artist with 20 years of experience in drawing, graphic design, concept art, vector illustration and traditional arts. DTM has been published in ImagineFX Magazine, hosted an art competition for Microsoft Ignite Conference, received best Tattoo Shop of Atlanta Award (Creative Loafing 2002), and his traditional art has been featured in over 25 art exhibitions including shows for Honey Jack’s Art Beats and Lyrics, Herradura Tequila, Sharpie, The High Museum of Atlanta and Mercedes Benz Stadium. In the 20-year professional career, DTM's art and illustration has adorned murals in Downtown Atlanta, created art and marketing materials for Coca Cola, Emory University, Georgia Tech, UGA, Farm Burger, The Salvation Army, Newell Brands, Silicon Benders (Sketchable App) and McDonald’s.
Jeremiah Long Bio:
Jeremiah Long is an Atlanta based media developer, artist, futurist, and data driven creative entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in computer science and media production. Long makes AI, code-based, physical, augmented, and 3D art that draws from his background growing up poor as an Asian American in the Southeastern US. After working in creative and nonprofit media development, Long Co-Founded of Wedge, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in creative emerging technology education programs in underserved communities. Sarah Lawrence Bio:
Sarah is a designer, illustrator, and creative technologist based in Atlanta, Georgia, known for her ability to add a unique and creative touch to traditionally dull projects. She’s been working in the design industry for 7 years and has a wealth of experience in a wide range of formats, from illustrations for websites like Vox.com and Queen of Cream, to event design for companies like Facebook and Art Papers, to physical installations and AR/VR-enabled experiences. Sarah is passionate about collaborating with clients and treating their projects as if they were her own. Her clients range from tech companies like Meta and Google to local organizations like the Atlanta Regional Commission, MARTA, and Midtown Alliance. projects to life. She enjoys taking on personal projects that allow her to follow her curiosity and apply her creativity. Sara has created unique projects like a snack stadium for CNN’s coverage of the Super Bowl, a field kit about urbanism, and a newspaper about creativity. Her work has been recognized by publications such as Fast Company, Quipsities, and 99U, and she’s been invited to give keynotes and teach classes for organizations like TEDx, DesignMadison, and Creative Mornings
Sarah was a 2023 Public Art Futures Lab and MARTA Artbound Artist in Residence – during her residency she used AI to turn MARTA riders’ responses into visual data representations that become a collaborative, data artwork, Tapestry of Travel.
