THIS IS EDEN is an electronic music meditation designed to cultivate feelings of joy and freedom.

In a world where we seek happiness outside ourselves, it’s revolutionary to remember that joy is within us and that we are always free.
THE WHAT
Our sessions follow a carefully designed flow of collective intention-setting, movement, and breathwork. Using wireless headsets, we create an immersive, sound-rich experience.
We practice being here and now, surrounded by incredible people, banging music and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s about moving and feeling amazing while doing so. It is about love, it is about mindfulness, it is about freedom.
