Hi, I'm Grace McGeehan - yogi & hypnotherapist, here to help you let go of what's holding you back so you can be the best version of yourself.
Join me for a mind body experience, with yoga and therapeutic exercises interweaved through this afternoon, all with a purpose to help you let go of what's holding you back and start THRIVING.
Created from my signature 1-1 therapy programme, which includes Rapid Transformational Therapy, I have also most recently created an ebook, packed with quality content, meditations and journaling exercises.
Thrive, the workshop, will take you on a journey to work through some of these exercises together in an intimate group setting.
A very rough outline of how the afternoon will go:
- Begin with a discussion and introduction to Thrive & your journey with it.
- Be guided through some thought provoking meditation, self reflection and journaling exercises, both personally and in mini groups
- Move into a 75 minute Yoga flow, with guided meditation and visualisation exercises, which feed into what we discuss
- Short break with healthy snacks.
- End with a round off discussion to allow room for more self-reflection.
- Leave feeling empowered & clear on your journey to thriving.
Through movement, meditation, breathwork and powerful visualisation, we'll work to let go of limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that are stopping you from being the best you, through various powerful tools and techniques.
And it all starts with feeling enough, just as you are.
