About this Event
Third Sector Resilience Hub Network Consultation
- Are you looking for a space to connect and collaborate with other third sector leaders who truly understand the pressures you face?
- Would it help to share ideas, work through challenges, and learn from others in similar roles?
- Do you sometimes feel that, as a third sector organisation, your voice is not always heard strongly enough?
- Could there be real power in coming together with others who lead charities, CICs, social enterprises and community-focused organisations?
If so, this consultation is for you. This session is designed to help shape and co-create a strong, supportive network that works for you and your organisation moving forward.
The network is being developed for leaders and owners across the third sector — including charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), social enterprises, voluntary organisations, and other purpose-driven community organisations. It is intended to bring together people who are committed to making a difference, but who also recognise the very real pressures that can come with leading in this space.
The aim of the network is to create a space where people feel able to be open, share challenges, and show vulnerability without judgement. It will be a supportive environment where members can talk honestly about what is weighing on them, what is keeping them awake at night, what is causing stress, and what emotional pressures they are carrying. Above all, this network is about reminding people that they are not alone. This second FREE session will focus on bringing people together to co-design how the network will operate.
We will explore how future sessions should be structured, what members need most from the network, and begin shaping the key themes for the first six months. This is not a network driven by sales or transactional partnerships. Instead, it is grounded in trust, openness, shared learning, and meaningful peer support.
Ben Towell, workplace wellbeing and resilience consultant, will help facilitate this session. Ben will support the group to shape the future direction of the network, including how it develops, how it stays true to its values, and how it may be shared and promoted in a way that feels authentic and inclusive.Your voice matters. Your experience matters. And together, there is real power in numbers
