About this Event
Our third eye is our window into the subtle energetic world around us. This guided sound meditation will take you on a visual journey to activate your Third Eye Chakra. When our Third Eye is activated, our intuition and psychic abilities come alive. Vibration from a variety of healing instruments, such as gongs, drums, and singing bowls, are used to bring the physical and energetic body into balance. This guided visual meditation will teach you a technique that you can continue to work with, to help build your intuitive and psychic abilities. These abilities are available to everyone with practice and focused awareness. When we open our Third Eye, we can open up a stream of guidance and clear knowing from the subtle energies around us. Come explore your intuitive and psychic abilities during this guided sound meditation, as we activate our Third Eye Chakra.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
