Part 1 of a 2-part Infused Oils Series

Oiling the body is a daily practice that can enhance overall health. Just like we learned from the tin man in Oz, oiling can support fluid, joyful movement and soothe the nervous system. Infused oils have the healing benefits of herbs, as well as the moisturizing benefits of the base oil. In this class series, we will make an infused oil using herbs from the herb garden and explore different techniques for infusion.

*Class tuition includes a jar of infused herbs in oil as well as a bundle of herbs to take home

with instructions for use.
