Join us for a rejuvenating and relaxing Thursday early-evening donation based reset on San Diego's natural sanctuary of Sunset Cliffs. Come as you are.
**this is a donation based "give what you can" event, however please still secure a free ticket below so we can ensure we stay under the max capacity of attendees 👇🏽

You'll find us on the beautiful Sunset Cliffs, on Sunset Cliff and Adair st.

Our Fall container begins at 5pm so that we can match our wake with the setting sun, please make sure you give yourself time to park , walk over and settle into the space to get the most out of your experience.
As the seasons change, Sounbath time will change to honor our biological inner clock, aligning them with the earlier nightfall.
Come November, Soundbath will be moving back to alternating SUNDAY sessions, to make our earlier meeting time more accessible.
What to Expect:
Although no container is the same, you can expect our trained sound healer to guide you through a meditative journey using a variety of instruments and sounds. The session often begins with a brief understanding of where we land Astrologically that week, and how the current elements can support us. We then find gentle stretches and movement, are led into guided breathwork, followed by our complete sound healing meditation. You will be immersed in a sonic bath that will help you release stress and tension, improve your sleep, and promote overall well-being on both a spiritual and cellular/physiological level. The beautiful thing about sound healing, is all you have to do to recieve is show up. The instruments will do the work for you.
What to Bring:
Please bring more than you think for comfort! We strongly suggest bringing a base of a yoga mat or sleeping pad, a sleeping bag, or warm blankets for over you and under the knees, and pillows to set yourself up for comfort and warmth. Bring more blankets and support than you think you'll need, we'll spend most of this class on our backs and the best way to drop in and receive is comfortably! We recommend wearing cozy warm layers, and bringing a water bottle and journal. You may also bring any crystals, items or tokens you’d like to charge up in circle with you.
Time:
Theta Thursday Fall into Winter Sound Bath Series Begin at 5pm. The container will last for about an hour, with an invitation to take your time and stay for the view or the sunset, journaling and integrating in community or quietly by yourself. Container will begin promptly at 5:00 pm to respect the time of participants.
Ticketing:
We have limited weekly spots available to honor the regulations of the city to hold this event at this sacrad location. Although this event is completely donation based , you must get your FREE ticket ahead to attend, so we are able to keep capacity to the regulations. If the event says SOLD OUT, please do not attend unless approved by facilitator, but fret not you can always grab a ticket for the next one.
