This space is rooted in Shear Team Connections’ motto of “Cutting Obstacles to Build Better Communities”. There are two focuses for these uplifting year-round touch points:

Supporting novice entrepreneurs from marginalized communities with navigating obstacles related to business fundamentals, operational excellence, and sustainable network development; and
Honoring the wisdom and expertise of seasoned business-folk!

Showcasing the incredible social impact our businesses are making—and ways to amplify it.
Prioritizing our well-being with essential post-election self-care tips, designed specifically for us as BIPOC community members.

Whether you’re participating as a facilitator, panelist, or contributing audience member, together we’ll create a virtual meeting space that is:

Providing access to business management concepts and resources;
Cultivating a psychologically safe networking environment;
Practicing business management skills through workshop simulations.
