Therapeutic Sand Art Workshop

Step into a calm, intentional space for two hours of guided creative practice. This workshop pairs tactile meditation with sand art-- an ancient, grounding medium-- to help you slow down, reconnect with your senses, and create something meaningful with your hands.

No art experience is needed. This is not about making something perfect; it's about being present with the process. You'll be guided by a working artist and a licensed therapist through each phase of the experience, from breath to creation to reflection.
